Topical vitamin C has long been used in anti-aging creams. However, the ability to heal from within is also important and eating oranges will give you a major dose of this vitamin.
• Walnuts
Walnuts have some of the most antioxidants. This makes them great suppliers of certain cancer fighting compounds. They will not only block skin cancer from forming but can also fight all types of weathering to your skin.
• Green tea
Green tea is another great source for antioxidants.
• Almonds
There is a lot of vitamin E in almonds. Vitamin E will actually lighten scars and stretch marks when applied topically. Age spots will disappear when using vitamin E topically. However, when taken internally vitamin E can help prevent the formation of these marks in the first place.
(Note: taking vitamin E can affect any surgeries you may have coming up, so ask your doctor what the appropriate amount to take would be. Taking extra vitamin E will make people bleed more, so you should probably stop taking supplements for now)
